| Initial Background Study | $75 | Initial report on a tax parcel based on federal, state & county databases and geographic information systems (GIS). Often enough to determine whether the county will require a full survey and why. $75 fee may be credited towards your First Full Survey Visit or a Custom Consultation. |
| First Full Survey Visit | $450 (up to 3 acres) +$75 per additional acre |
Complete initial pocket gopher survey and report written to federal, state, and county specifications with required GPS/mapping records. If evidence of pocket gopher activity is observed, this will be the only survey required. |
| Follow-up Survey Visits | $400 (up to 3 acres) +$75 per additional acre |
Complete follow-up pocket gopher survey and report. When gopher activity is not detected on the first survey, federal regulations require Follow-up Survey Visits at least 30 days apart. These visits are identical to the first visit in terms of field observations and reporting. |
