Important Dates

Time flies! Here are the key dates to remember as you plan for your gopher review:

• June 1:  This is the first day a survey can take place.  The second survey must be done at least 30 days later.
• October 31:  This is the last day a survey visit can take place.
• October 1:  This is the last day available to do a first survey visit.  The second follow-up visit must be at least 30 days later, but before November 1.  This means you can just meet the 30-day requirement, with your second survey visit on Halloween (scary…. 😉 )
