Once you have a date selected for your Mazama pocket gopher review, there are a couple of simple things you can do to ensure that the process goes as smoothly as possible:
- Decide to Pay in Person On Site or Pay in Advance Online. If you want to meet your consultant on-site for the survey, you may pay by cash or check in person. You can also sign the service contract at that time. If you would prefer to pay in advance online, please let us know and we will send you a digital service contract for you to sign and return. We will then send you a link to our online payment portal, where you can select the service you have requested, enter the number of acres on your parcel, and pay using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
- Prepare the Parcel. In order for your consultant to complete the survey, the ground needs to be clearly visible. That means mowing any tall grass 30 days in advance of the survey. Please do not do any further mowing before the survey date, as that may disturb any mole mounds or gopher mounds that will need to be inspected.
